Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement", "EULA", or "Terms of Use") is a binding agreement between you ("End User", "you") and Reirek Game ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the Reirek mobile application and related services (the "Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

The Application is licensed, not sold, to you. This license is consistent with the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is incorporated by reference; where this Agreement and Apple's standard EULA conflict, the more protective terms for the user apply.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms of Use and the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Application. The Application may contain mature, fictional, AI-generated content intended for adult audiences. By using the Application you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. AI-Generated Content

The Application provides AI-generated conversations and images. Such content is fictional, may be inaccurate, and does not represent real persons. You are responsible for how you use generated content and must not use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• The Application offers an auto-renewable subscription ("Membership", $4.99 per month), a one-time non-consumable purchase ("Lifetime"), and consumable gem packages.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Consumable gems and one-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple's policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Application for any illegal activity; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Application; (c) harass, abuse, or harm others; or (d) generate or distribute content that is unlawful, or that depicts minors, in any sexual or exploitative manner. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

9. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or us. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Application.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
